Note: Starting in version 2020.4, the Data Management Add-on is only required if you plan to run flows on a schedule or set up email notifications. Tableau Prep Conductor is part of the Tableau Data Management Add-on introduced in Tableau Online version 2019.1 and must be enabled to schedule your flows to run. Tableau Prep Conductor enables you to leverage the scheduling and tracking functionality available in Tableau Online to run your flows automatically to update the flow output.
